Andy: David Millar believes that Contador won the Giro clean this year. Now we could spend all day discussing Millar and, if we had time, his sister but let me just say this. Look at his hair: it is dark, it is thick, it has lustre.

Of course it wasn't when he was doping, he bleached, it as was common practise back then because bleached hair can't be used for testing hair for doping, see also Richard Virenque and Davide Rebellin sporting the same back then.....both also found to be dopers.
