Offered: Double Bedroom in Brixton Flat Share

Hi there,
My tenancy agreement is up at the end of the month, and the landlord (being the charming chap that he is) has decided to put up the rent substantially.
To be fair, its not gone up in the last 2 years, and looking at what's available at the moment, even with the proposed increase, I'm convinced its a lovely place to live.

Basically my current 2 flat mates either can't afford the increase or don't want to pay it, so I'm going to be looking for 2 new flatties to move in at the end of the month.

It's basically a 3 bed ground floor garden flat situated in Brixton really close to Brockwell park (SW2 2SS).

Rooms are all double, furnished and equally sized. Kitchen has a good hob and oven and the shower is one of the best I've had in London.

Rent is £565 each per month and bills (council tax, water, elect, gas, TV, broadband) are less than £100.

Oh, there is loads of bike storage space both in the garden and the cellar.

Hi yall, I'm going home at Xmas time for a while so will be permanently giving up my room in this here lovely Brixton gaff. I've lived there for over 2.5 years and its a great flat, central but quiet.
Dates are flexible(ish). I fly out on the 23rd of Dec, but if someone wanted to move in the week before/after that could also work.
You'd be living with John and Priya - sound, sociable, funny housemates in their early 30s.
Anyway, if you're keen/have Qs, just ask. Rent is as in OT.
