After building this frame up and riding it around the block exactly two times I am now finally admitting to myself that it is too small. The frame has a few scratches, but no dents and is perfectly straight. Bottom bracket is in perfect working condition. Tange headset was bought new and has just been fitted. The frame comes with two forks, a Tange road fork I fitted for street use, and the original, undrilled Kotter track fork with the K engraved.
I fitted a cheap Novatec wheelset to take the bike for a spin, but was planning to fit a DA 7600 wheelset later. That is now also for sale. 7600 hubs laced to tubular rims. The tubs might still hold air, I haven't checked it yet, but don't count on it. I need to check the brand of the rims later today.
The frame has only been ridden on the track, besides the two times I've ridden it for a few minutes.
I will put up pictures of everything as soon as I get home this evening. For additional measurements or more detailed info please write me a pm.
