This is a well built frame and fork combo made by Roberts featuring internal brake routing. There are no mounts for down tube shifters and no rear mech hanger.
Seat tube: 57cm ctc
Top tube 55cm ctc
BB is english threaded
Modern road bike wheel spacing 130mm
Stronglight 1" headset holding the forks in place functions without notches but not in best condition, ei: could use a rebuild.
Picture does not do colour justice, it's more of a Kawasaki green. Stupid camera phone! Yes there are scratches here and there on the fork, top tube and chain side.
Cannot confirm exact tubing material but is more than likely Awesome Tubing™
