So let me get this right as I am having trouble understanding this.
A guy buys a new bike and locks it to some railings via the seatpost. He then watches a couple of chavs steal it, whilst someone has time to get their phone out and take pictures, but not enough time to walk over and kick their heads in? Am I the idiot here or is there something wrong with this scenario?
When they are caught, they will no doubt claim that someone borrowed their faces, unbeknownst to them and returned them before they realised they were missing
