Thank you all for your interest in this. I'm glad the bike is certain of a good home. Can I just assure you all that the order of Dibs / PMing will count as that's what I promised to do in the first place. Please keep an eye on this thread for updates tomorrow. If the pick up fails for some reason I'll put a list up in order of response (regardless of immediate ability to collect) and will PM the 2nd dibser.
Until then. Watch this space. (I'd be very surprised if it's still available as of tomorrow).
Cheers all.

Pleased to say that this has been picked up today. Ridden away no less by Osh. Hope it goes well for Mrs Osh.
Thanks all for your interest in the bike.
Free to a good home:
My friend has moved in to a house and this rather fetching old Raleigh was left in the garden. It's in need of some TLC, but it's free to whoever can take it away. It has a double brake dohickey on the front hub and comes with one of those lovely Raleigh cranks like the one in my avatar.
There's a D lock on the frame, for which my friend has no key. so that's a bit tricky. But it's not locked to anything so its good to go. I doubt it's immediately rideable so you may need to be local or have a car.
I can't be super specific you understand as the bike is not with me so I will struggle to answer specific questions.
Dibs and PM me if you're interested and I'll give you her contact details. The bike is North of Victoria Park.
Oh and if you take it and decide it's a win kindly buy the forum a beer.
Much love Wrongcog.
