  • I've just got back from a week in the Alps, did Galibier, Alpe d'Huez etc. 6 days cycling, almost 9000 metres vertical ascent. Feeling great, looking thin (for me). So I weighed myself.

    Put on 3 kg in a week.

    WTF?

    Forget the weight- sounds like an awesome holiday!

    (I'd be very interested in where you stayed and so on)

    And the weight is going to be muscle that you've put on I would think.
