I have these bars angled to give a flat transition from the flat to the hoods (in fact it's angled slightly upward given the location of the hoods).
Now, given how tiny the "flat" section of the drop is, would these have been designed to be run rotated downward quite a bit, so that the flat section would be parallel with the ground, or close to it?
