Your physics is a little off. Rotational mass (in general) causes frame-dragging. Heavy ass Spoks cause so much frame-dragging, they twist space-time into a knotty little ball. Too much velocity = Too much dragging, and you're looking at a (locally) cataclysmic "ripping". It's Ragnaspok all over again.
