To check the size, I asked a colleagues kid to try it....
Install a lifetime of envy and jealously. check.
But seriously, awesome build!

After this first build, I received a lot of great reactions to the little bike. Recently I was asked to build another one!
For this build I used Lo-Pro's for inspiration.
Specs:
CrMo frame & forks,
Custom stem/handelbars set,
Track dropouts,
Deda bar tape,
BMX mini seat,
10" front, 12" rear wheel
Fiberglass wheelcovers with custom graphics -

Lo-pro balance bike, awesome sauce.

both builds are sweet, how much did they cost?

as promised: how did I do it....
First I designed the bike and made a SolidWorks drawing
After that, I cut all the tubes, mittered the tubing by hand, than tack welded togheter and checked with the 2D drawings
First impression with wheels
Frame, forks and handlebars primed and ready for paint
All steel parts and front wheel painted matte black and headset placed
The fibreglass wheelcover, just out of the silicone mould....sorry, no pics of sanding, trimming edges and applying sticker.
Finished bike
