Not sure if it would be considered a saddle bag but the ortileb large one looks good. Holds around 2.8 litres which should be enough for a couple of days if you pack light.

I just got one. for tools, a jacket and a couple of other sundries for a long ride it's perfect but way too small for anything more than an out and back one day trip.
