Yeah, bought it used off here a few years ago. That makes sense but I went over it completely when I bought it, had the forks and headset out too, and am sure it wasn't there then.
Maybe it was painted over and the paint plug has since fallen out. Fark knows. What I do know is anything to do with fixing it properly wont be cheap.
Anyone got a spare 56cm frame about.....? Swap for a Roberts in showroom condition...
