Totally my fault...not very well and some equipment arrived here. Nobody is here yet don't worry.
However, if you can't do that distance in half an hour I'm worried :P
Straight up the Alcester Rd, turn off right after the big church in Kings Heath, one of the first houses with bus stops in front, red door as Matt says.
