todd 5 minutes ago on walworth road/A215 on his polo bike. i shouted 'Todd' from 5 metres away. nothing.
he actually went past when i was admiring someone's sweet pub bike/beater outside tesco. silver alu frame, black gaffer tape all over down tupe. ss. drop bars, bright green bar tape. homemade mudguard out of some blue plastic. would've photo'd had i been armed.
