i think you got your measurements mixed up.
22.2 is the part of the stem that sticks in the frame/fork. 22.2 aka 1 inch.
26.4 is the clamp diameter for the bars. 26.0 and 25.4 are the other common bar diameter/clamp size.

bars are £25 stem is £25 or if you buy both you get £5 off for £45

Totally mixed them up, sorry, was both a bit drunk and tired.

26.4 is what I need! Thanks for clarifying. The price for the stem is slightly above my budget though. It's getting tighter as I buy components and realize that food is becoming scarce!
