This could possibly have been me, on my way to the bakery. Past Herne Hill and then off towards Railton Rd.

Of course, it would be rather embarrassing if it wasn't, and now I look like I'm claiming someone else's good riding...

All the way up Railton road and through the market, he wasn't in cycling clobber. No helmet. Dark Jeans and a redish shirt IIRC
