Did anyone see the intermediate sprint. Apparent Thor and Cav were both disqualified from that sprint, so no points for them.

^ nice one, thanks

They both leaned, although Thor first. however there's cause to say they weren't sprinting then as it was before the left turn...
They looked to both maintain their line when they started sprinting though. Garmin are looking really good this year!

One of the associates was watching the last few Km on fullscreen in the office today, so I've taken that as a precedent set for the rest of the office, result!

Gilbert odds-on for today's stage. Took a punt on him Saturday, today I think I'll pass.
Cunego?

Checked the odds for Gilbert last night. 8/13.
I rate the bookies are just following the riders and teams on twitter. As soon as Cav tweeted that Gilbert was his bet the odds went.
Bring on the wall...
A cat three climb, dead straight.I'm excited.

I love the fact that Thor went all aggressive for the points. The way the big guy approaches cycling is to be respected IMHO.
The UCI come across as middle managment types that were bullied at school (you know the type), and now feel the need to flex their power, even if it has a negative effect on the sport.
tossers.
