So I was down at Newport for the National Master Track Champs. Managed to come home with 3 medals even tho I've spent most of this year at work rather than on the bike.
The racing was fast and most of it pretty hard going. Some really good racing to watch.
On Friday Lee beat me in the Sprint Semi Final going on the get the Silver medal in the Final and while I took the Bronze in the Minor Final.
On Saturday I did the Kilo TT. Being experienced at it I should have at least got the start right even tho I've not been training... that was however not the case.

I still managed to do a 1:10.74 and take the Bronze medal tho and a Silver in the 15km Scratch Race.
