What is your problem with it, if I may ask?
I have the exact same one, and I'm close to loving it. Except the end of the strap is flapping weirdly around infront of the bag.

I have very broad shoulders and find that it doesn't have ample adjustment to compensate, meaning the stabilising strap can't be used comfortably. It's useable without the strap but thats not really the point and i had a timbuk before which i prefered. A shame really because in terms of how it's made and the seatbelt buckle it's the absolute bollocks !
