haha yes, those typres are my greatest bike related pet hate. but your forgetting moto-x mudguards, gel saddle covers, redundant plastic brackets (from all the previous accessories that have snapped/fallen off over time) and saddle bags (rusted shut from years of not being opened).
I can understand making a bike more comfortable or efficient for a purpose, but doing the opposite? wtf
as for envy, right now I have no lust for carbon. Though as I close in towards that magic age (about 45) I feel my need for t3h carbonz may increase.
