Tour De France 2011

Not sure what's happening here...
Lots of riders interspersed with the peleton registering a time of 00.06., even among riders with 01.20. Was that last crash within the final km, so they all get given the same time? If so, why the six seconds? I saw Wiggins trickle in in the Contador group, but he's registered as 00.06.

The second crash was within 3km and stage 1 was one of the stages where the rule on crashes applies (there are exceptions on climbing finishes) and the riders falling there got same time as Thor group.
The original crash victims got no 'bonus', so the when the joint group rolled in together they got different times depending on where they fell off.
