Buy a Lincolnshire Poacher! That is, if On One have any left. Perfectly good copy of a vintage Road/Path, which is what you mean by track/path, the ends are OK, fancy Fleur de Lys lugs... sorted.

That looks great, i must say. The price is great too. But a head stem? That kills the look.
Another thing is, I want the bike painted the way i like, with some chroming, that's why i'm hoping to find something nice that would be worth spending extra on a proper respray. -

Thanks, but it's not a track frame, and it's heavy. Good for a beater only.
Looking for a frame for respray so doesn't really matter in what condition is the paint or if there is any at all.
Something with nice (fancy) lugs. Lightweight. 700c wheels.
I'm sure that someone here will have some unwanted tatty frame lying around...
