Where else can we watch Le Tour?*
*pretends to have an actual interest in cycling.

• #108
Ahhh c'est vrais. Ou en effet?
Is everyone going home to shower/change before Xanders? Can I post some clean clothes to somebodys house so I don't have to carry it all on Saturday? Big girl's blouse I know.
-
• #109

i hadn't thought about TdF. it's only time trials but still guess some people like watching TT. i'm not around sunday anyway
-

you can send your big girl's blouse to mine if you want. ah dad jokes, so weak but so hard to resist when you think of one
-

I've just had a thought that Brummies will need somewhere to stay in London on the eve. Who's got sleepspace?!
i can fit a couple in the living room. as long as they can get up and out by 10
-
• #115
I would happily take you up on that. I don't know anyone in London, and have no clue where I'm sleeping right now ;)
Out of interest, where abouts in the big smoke are you? (thinking of proximity to train stations etc)...
-
• #116
Route finalised yet? I want to figure some bale out stations along the way - Somehow managed to squeeze in my 28c armadillo's onto my track frame and am messing around with some risers at the mo.
What are people taking - I'm ideally going as light as poss.

Your best bets will be Bicester or High Wycombe Tom, although if you get to High Wycombe it's only another 30 miles give or take.
-
• #118
We're pretty much doing this with a few tweaks here and there unless anyone has a better one?
That is the route you and Neil did right Matt?
-
• #119
That bikely link never works for me! Any way to export the route to a gpx file?
-
• #120
I'll check it out in a while, wading through unread emails still atm :| Wish people would stop harrassing, hassling and haranguing and be goddamn patient.
"Ahhh, that's my liiiife." -
• #121
Bike's arrived and will be built tomorrow - as long as I'm confident on it (as it's a bigger bike and I'm naturally nervous and unbalanced XD) then I'll be along! ^.^

This is the route me and Matt did, if you can get the link to work, or google 'birmingham london bikely grahaml' you can export a gpx file from there, i had to keep refreshing the page to get it to load though, Bikely seems a bit broken at the mo.

Ok, think I managed to get the right one. This look correct?
-
• #125
that spike at 80 miles doesn't look like fun
weather looks good for this
I want my name added again so I can remove it myself!
I demand satisfaction!
