I'll be leaving around 6, 6.30 and will hopefully be back in time for the start of the TDF.

Yeah most of the route is around the coast so if your legs give out (or mine do!) It's just a case of riding back to Norwich.

The route looks good, really want to ride up towards Cromer way, I hear the beaches are very nice, definately bringing swimming shorts for a cool off!

Outside the Griffin just as I passed Lee coming the other way I was on the inside of slow traffic moving and one car ahead someone stopped in front of me to let a car out of the Psychiatric Hospital. I could see her and shouted, but she didn't see me and came strait across the road. I landed in the windscreen upside down after i hit her wheel arch.

Front wheel a bit buckled but the frame is fine and miraculously I have only muscular stiffness in my left shoulder. Mad shit

All but the frame & the brake calliper that jammed in the forks when it twisted and pulled through the fork. Lever may be fucked. Want me to dismantle and bring to you in London? Will be no one in the next two days. Seeing the flaming lips in London on Friday.

As to my record, I'm buying a helmet this weekend. All the accidents stem from commuter traffic incidents. If I hadn't seen her I would be a stain. changing my shifts so I start and end earlier. No one gives a fuck at 9am or 5pm on thorpe road. Cut up to many times by cunts racing to red lights 100 yards ahead.
