Most band-on levers are simply braze-on ones bolted to a band carrying stubs that act as braze-ons, in other words you should be able to remove them from the band adaptor and simply attach using same fasteners to your frame. Don't mislay any of the bits though, and you will need to be sure how to reassemble correctly otherwise the friction tensioning won't work and they will either slip or bind.
