Persuaded my mate Josh to come along on my spare bike. We'll be getting the train from Essex to meet you lot. What time do you plan to be at Old St/Look Mum?

it's kind of irrelevant when we plan to be there! it's a long ride with an unpredictable start time, and lunch stop. maybe get there 7/8. but anyway there's other nice people gonna be in LMNH if you get there before the ride arrives

Ah great news Stu...reunion! I think we'll leave at 8am and it took Neil and Matt ten hours...is that right? So we should be there by 6-7pm. I'd quite like to get changed and shower first (grosssss), not sure how I'm going to manage that yet but will be at LMNH around 8pm latest.

Trains
London Midland - The 14:54 is still $13 one way and takes 2.5 hours.
Chiltern - There's an advance ticket for $10 around 13:50 or normal singles are $24.90 and take 2 hours from Marylebone.
Virgin - Gone back upto normal. Cheaper to buy a $40 return. Takes 1.5 hours.

Obviously if you have a railcard you can get tickets even cheaper!

Critical Mass on Friday meets at 18:00 just round the corner from the train station and we ride at 18:30 if you want to join in (aiming for 100 riders). If you want to come to Birmingham ealier than that, be my guest as I have the afternoon off. If anyone needs my number just PM me and all the beds are sorted! hooray.
