Yes, by accident. I was running a bit late and actually I thought I had enough. As I said, I offered him the £71 I had on me and suggested a trip to the cashpoint, which he declined.
I'm almost bored of this now, but it was the lack of response that bugged me - negotiated price or not he didn't give me all the stuff, and all I was (politely) asking to do was rectify it.
Anyway, as I said, he's a nice enough bloke, just thought it fair to explain that massive communication failure in case it might affect anyone else.
