70ties Gazelle Champion Mondial AA FRAME+ FORK in beautiful fresh respayed condition.

One of the famous high quality frames made by Gazelle Holland made of Reynolds 531 Competition tubing. This frame had a recently respray.

Realy fresh with no chips, dings or dents at all. A minor crack in the seat post lug (see picture) must be noticed. The decals are bad copies as you can see but can be pill off easy. Has all marks of high end AA frames; Campa drop outs, crossing in rear forks, Roto bb shell and panto fork crown.

Very nice base for a classy high end racer or fixie conversion.

    Seat Tube 58cm (c-t)
    Top Tube 55cm (c-c)
Rear dropout width 120 mm (so must be original produced in the 70ties)
    BSA English threaded bb
    needs 27.2 mm seat post

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

  • No question about it's authenticity. That's a Gazelle for sure (and who would copy them? They've never been fashionable so don't sell for big $$$). The Champion Mondial frame is a really sweet ride, too. Shame about the crack :(

  • I really would not be concerned about that crack.

    Quality frame, good price.

  • just drill a 1mm hole at the end of the crack so it does not get any bigger and ride it forever!

  • ^ Yes, good one. And of course, it's going to be a very fast bike - unless the buyer repaints it.

  • Lovely thing, that

  • Shame that someone would powder coat a GCM. Lovely frame, especially the chrome forks with pantoed crown.
Someone buy it, strip it and get it resprayed in champagne with Brussels blue panels.

  • Still good colour and good looks. Indeed a little drill is a perfect option. Did that twice myself.

Champagne with blue panels like this?

    That's gorgeous.

  • will post photo's of this blue/white machine after finishing the restoration again. It's my personal favourite but miss time to finish it.

  • drop to 130,- including postage.

  • Somebody should really be biting at that price.

  • If it were but a little smaller...

  • If somebody like to have it with a small drilled hole to protect the crack to go bigger i'm open to fix that ofcourse.

  • drop to 125,-

  • free bump because SimplexNL seems to be a nice chap..

  • looks nice - bump....getting very tempted myself!!

  • last drop 120,- including postage

  • Are you sure the top tube is only 55cm? Im looking for a 58-60cm (c-c) top tube and would snap this up if it were a bit bigger. Just looks bigger than 55cm thats all!

  • I would LOVE to take this off you, I'll have to see how much money I've got left after pay day bills etc. even though I think my girlfriend might take my balls this time.
As I'm too lazy to look and 7 minutes from setting off for home from work, can someone please give me a ball park figure for a restore job? Champagne/Blue obvs..

  • Simplex, get the old measuring tape out, tell me its a bit bigger and I'll have it...
    Cheers

  • He means the frame, by the way...

  • lols
