I'm thinking something more subtle than just rattle canning it brown. The problem being whenever I've built up a bike to have as a beater I've always gone over the top and it's ended up being something that I get really twitchy about leaving locked up outside for any length of time, even when well locked. I also want to ride something nice and light, a sort of stealth beater if you will.
Perhaps I'm trying to have my cake and eat it but I think it's doable. The Reynolds 853 stickers will almost certainly get covered up. As for T-Cut and wax the scratches already on it do look deeper than that. I also like the red and white though. Hmmm, decisions, decisions :)
