Help needed with interesting idea for a new forum

I had an idea last night for a forum. I've had a look around and as far as I can see there's nothing the same out there. There are different forums that might meet some aspect of this idea but none that cater for all of it. I'm also pretty confident that there's a genuine need for such a thing to exist. Obviously I can't say what it is at this point.

Simply put I have no idea about how to create a forum but would love to hear from any of you who do. Just for the record it has nothing directly to do with cycling or bikes. If anyone genuine and honest, with the skills, is interested in exploring this idea with me then get in touch. Cheers.

A moderators' forum would be great. An opportunity for hippy to post and post and repost and get his post count up to respectable levels.
