Sorry this is OT. Budget is £300pw (£1330pcm).

Thought it was worth a try as I have well and truly had it with lettings agents and it's a very quiet time of year for private lets. Please PM me if you know of anything going.

we are paying 950 a month, and absolutely unproblematic to deal with, no agency etc

Tips:

Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
