Not questioning the quality of either the components or the build, but skinny 32 spoke wheels will never be as strong as a proper heavy duty build, and 28c tyres on DP18s is at the edge of what's acceptable regardless of what Sheldon Brown says. Your results will vary hugely based not only on your weight and the height of the kerbs, but even more on how much skill you have - 130lb road racing whippets can smash wheels if they land sideways.
