Same situation with my girls, Picked a new one up on sunday from the non dodgy sellers at brick lane (the ones who buy from police auctions and fix them up). They have a bunch of complete bikes for £40-50 . Picked up the same bike as hers for £45. Cheaper than getting new wheels and brakes for hers.
