Anyway, need to join you at some point before DD to make sure I can actually do it on my touring bike.

I need to check what can of speed I can expect from my puny 67GI and how long I can keep them up for.

Thursday I am thinking to Ongar but via my route rather than Dunwich route which goes out through Grange Hill and stuff rather than Epping Boring Road. Though I should warn you I am probably not the best ride leader for maintaining a decent pace. I am much better at maintaining a crawl. And I am on 70gi.
