you could likely re-bond this with 3M DP-460.
I have used it to repair carbon aluminum bonds that have broken before (dropouts and a BB/Chainstay). the key is to be able to clean the joint very well. which would be tricky with this.

I originally took it to a guy around here who said he could fix it with some sort of resin and kevlar wrap for 40 quid, but figured I would try Araldite myself first and since that worked I never went back....
I re bonded with Araldite precision slow setting version (which I understood to be one of the strongest) and have had no problems riding around for the last while...I am just aware of the issue, it is not a "current" problem though. Cheers for advice though.
