hi shredder, what a great day it was, superbly organised and well catered (strawberries, ice cream, rice cakes, wter, lemonade, wortegems liquour ;-)) there were some seriously beautiful roads and that lovely flemish countryside, with its brutal cobblestoned hills.
and yes, that was me for sure - haven't seen any other nishikis around, and now you describe yourself i remember looking at you as i walked past and entered the bike parking at the CRVV indeed thinking 'hey, a japanese guy, first i've seen around'. if only i had known we could have had a chat but we will meet at the eroica of course.
have you done the 40 or 70? and have you tried the fleche wallonne yet?
