I'm in need of a new bike so looking for a road frame with horizontal dropouts to convert; preferably British-made, steel, built for 700c wheels (or 27" with a short enough brake drop), not fussed about era or tubing as log as it's light. Also not fussed about colour/ paint as I'm planning a navy blue paint job.
