40 miles to South Ockendon and back tomorrow. Bit shorter as I don't know all the route and might get lost. Also it is a bit crappy and heavy on the traffic, particularly around Barking, and they've done up the stuff around the river so it doesn't feel soul-crushingly desolate anymore which I find massively disappointing, but I need a break from riding out via Ilford.
