UN52 BB with unusual crank-bolt threads

Anyone come across this?

Dug out an old but virtually unused Shimano UN52 BB, but regular crank bolts won't fit. They have a different thread. Tried 2 LBS but both didn't have anything to fit. I don't really want to scrap a perfectly good BB and spend another £15 - £20

I'd think it was more likely that the thread was damaged rather than different.

Don't think so, looks clean as a whistle. On Monday I'm working in Edgware so I will go to the screws+bolts shop (yes there is one) and see if they'be got anything.
