I have just sent off an application to be a Breeze ride leader. So a little disappointed to read of MotherGirl's experience. If they accept me, I'll still do it. However, I already have a full time job in a profession where I am constantly having to set, maintain, achieve and improve targets. So I won't be too happy if that same ethos is applied to something I'm doing as a volunteer in the little free time I have.
