^^Official borough polling stations/legal boudaries/postcodes are only one part of what defines an area though. And the Telegraph isn't even on that map, since it's not in Southwark, so you've only 'proved' it isn't in Southwark, not where it 'is'.
It is very close to telegraph hill, and personally I think this is a better designation than New Cross Gate - in which the Telegraph technically 'is'. It certainly isn't Nunhead, or Peckham though, if you think about the actual geography. You might as well say Deptford, Dulwich, and Camberwell are all in Peckham by the same 'lazy' reasoning.
