But Breeze and Cycletta are recreational cycling. Generally aimed at novices and non racers. 1m£ was made available to encourage more women to cycle for recreation, that's why these things have appeared, like them or loathe them.
Promoting womens racing can only happen if there are races being organised and run. Unfortunately nobody has made a million quid available to promote and run race meets.
