It certainly let me know how out of shape I am. Joining in on the sprints on the motorway was probably a mistake. I made it to a mate's BBQ in Brixton the next afternoon, but then bonked badly on the way home, taking an hour and a half to get back to Kilburn.
Yeah, itsthebruce's Gazelle was a vision. jealous sigh
