It seems the worst crime Haw was guilty of was a few sq metres of clutter.
This hardly outweighs 10 years devoted to protesting against an unjust war.
Yes, people might question the efficacy of his protest, but to be satified he died for the sake of a bit of clutter is callous, and frankly thick.
It's akin to asking why Rosa Parks didn't just get on with it and not cause a fuss.
