Was pedalling the arse of the 29er after 5-a-side at Barnes to get to East beers for the first time in ages. Instinctively went to The Royal Inn, no one there of course. Phone battery was dead so couldn't check where you guys were. Epic fail.

I still can't quite believe that mmccarthy is now an Eastie. Hehe. :)

What the thread doesn't say is that I have a bag of stuff that I can't be arsed to sell that qualifies as jumble which I will also be bringing down, like I did once a long time ago. It's nothing to get much excited about but there is hopefully a few things for the tinkerers of the world and if you were looking for them on ebay I guess you'd save yourself a few quid.

I'll also be bringing a coupla cigars down to get a smoke on hoping the weather's like it is tonight. Hope to see you there then.

just to update a bit - the free stuff I've got isn't much but probably comes to about fifty quid's worth of painstaking selling on ebay.. okay maybe thirty. okay, maybe five. but it's a fiver innit?...

the weather right now is lame but it's supposed to clear up later and be, like, sunny and shit. hope so.

Bikes can be taken through the pub to the garden when we're outside and locked in the restaurant bit inside the pub when we go indoors

Phil was right, it's turned into a beautiful evening. Bobbinbird and I are the garden enjoying it now.
