A few months ago got some vintage Adidas cycling shoes, they arrived damaged and the seller wanted me to come out of pocket to return them. I told him to fuck off and made a claim with paypal. Seller claimed the damge happened in transit, and paypal decided neither of us was at fault. Got refunded all my money including postage and I kept the damaged shoes. They didn't cost 112 squids but not that much less really, maybe same thing might happen for this frame. Just tell paypal you refuse to come out of pocket to return it.
