My normal way of uploading pictures from flickr doesn't seem to be working - there is no "Copy" option when I select it or right click on it. Is anyone else having issues or it me being a moron?

No, Flickr have made it much more difficult to just C&P pictures across. You can still do Ctrl-A and then copy the whole page across, but it's a pain to edit out all the other junk around the image. I don't know of a better method. Perhaps Google image search could extract the image automatically, but I haven't tried that.

Right click, click on "view page info" down the bottom
Go the the "media" part. This shows you a list of all the images used on the page. In flickr the URL you want is usually 3rd or 4th from the bottom of the list. When you click on the URL it shows the image underneath so you can make sure it's the right one. This is also how you get around the pictures where the downloading option has been disabled. -

This has been happening for a long time now but I'm sure it wasn't like this when I first joined. Did a search and stuff but couldn't find anything and have heard no one else mention it.
Whenever I view a thread with images, the images only load when I scroll down to them. This is fine with a thread with only one or two images but in somewhere like bike porn or meme thread it causes the page to jump about while I'm reading as it loads the images. the only solution I have found is to scroll to the bottom of the page and back to the top before reading.
It's probably just me missing something obvious but I have tried it on different browsers on PC and mac and it's always the same.
So is it just me or is it like this for everyone?

It's for everyone... I might turn it off for desktop users... makes a big difference on mobiles (not having to load 20 half a meg images).

Ahh right thanks. It does it on my mobile too though. If it scrolls to the bottom to get to the latest post, the images eventually load above it, forcing the page down and losing where I was.
Fair enough it's that's how it is for everyone, just something I've wondered about.

It's basically so that if you use the "jump to last post", you don't load the images of the preceding posts.
It only tries to load the images when you view the post, which includes scrolling by it.
The question is: Do you want 20 x half a meg images to download immediately? Or do you want them to load as you're reading the thread? Though in the case of the latter it does mean that quick scrolling will appear much like trying to load all of the images at once, in a delayed way.

Yeh that's what I mean though, even on my phone when using 'jump to last post' it seems to load it slowly, post by post, so ends up loading the images anyway. And when scrolling through slowly from the top of a new thread, images load and sort of move the page up, usually causing more images to load.
So it's probably just me but I would rather it just loaded all the images straight away!
