• Sad to say, I'm selling my Roberts Dogsbolx Evo steel hardtail frame. Although I reckon its a work of art its just a tad too small for me. This was Roberts display bike (rather than a custom build specifically for me) to showcase their work and as such the workmanship is absolutely totally flawless.

I bought it new from Roberts in Croydon in January 2010 and its had an easy life (maybe three outings this year in total!). In use it feels like a "softtail" - as if theres an inch of suspension at the rear which soaks up the bumps. The spec is as follows:

    Top tube: Reynolds 853
    Down tube: Custom oval Dedacci
Seat tube: Columbus Life (27.2 Seatpost)
    Chain stays: Columbus Foco
    Seat stays: Reynolds 725
Rear horseshoe: Custom Roberts T45 chromoly

Paint is Bianchi Green Pearl with Carbon-look rear triangle
    18" Seat tube
22" Top tube (centre to centre)
    BB is 68mm English
Comes with seatpost clamp and TA Specialities headset
Geometry is for a 100mm fork

There are some paint scratches and the like as you'd expect; nothing more than light cosmetic (mostly they disappear once the bike is built up) and I've captured the worst of them in the photos. I'm looking for £525 delivered, and its in Belsize Park, London if anyone wants to have a look at it.

I'll be selling some of the running gear separately but if there's anything of interest to go with the frame then just ask. Pics below, including one of what it looks like built up!

    Cheers

    Jon
