Maybe it's my fault- I asked for a latte.
The chap stared at me for ~30 minutes then said "that'll be a coffee with milk then", looked at his co-worker with a "who the fuck is this cunt?" expression on his face, and then made me an ok but not exceptional coffee.
I'll not be bothering him again, as my request clearly caused him almost physical distress.
