Right, I'm going to collect Frania from nursery, then drop off my wife to the doctor's and then quick spin to Farringdon and then down south of the River.

I am actually riding a Fixed Gear Bicycle today. I'm quite excited about it; it's been a while. I've nearly fallen off three times so far.
